Ensure the sofa is in its original condition and securely wrapped; our specialized furniture logistics team will schedule a convenient window for professional extraction.
Quality Inspection
Once the item arrives back at our workshop, our master craftsmen will inspect the leather and frame to verify it meets our resale standards.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable delivery and restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
