How long does shipping and white-glove delivery take?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For custom-made pieces, please allow 8-12 weeks for handcrafted production and delivery. Our white-glove service includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Absolutely. We provide a limited lifetime warranty on the internal hardwood frame and spring system, and a 5-year warranty covering leather stitching and cushion integrity.
Can I request leather swatches before I buy?
Yes, we encourage customers to see and feel our quality first-hand. You can order up to five leather samples for free through our 'Request Swatches' page to ensure the color matches your home decor.
What is your return policy for large furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard stock items. Please note that custom-made orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
